Alnylam reports preliminary Phase Ib trial results for brezosiran

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals has reported preliminary results from an ongoing Phase Ib clinical study assessing its investigational RNAi candidate, brezosiran, in adult patients with HD. The trial is designed to assess intrathecal doses of brezosiran in adults aged 25 to 70 years with genetically confirmed HD.
