ASCO 2026: darovasertib raises the bar in metastatic uveal melanoma

Primary results from the Phase II/III OptimUM-02 trial assessing darovasertib as a therapy for metastatic uveal melanoma were presented at ASCO 2026. These results support darovasertib plus Xalkori as a potential new standard of care if approved for HLA A*02:01-negative metastatic uveal melanoma.
