Celcuity has reported topline outcomes from the PIK3CA mutant cohort of the Phase III VIKTORIA-1 clinical trial assessing gedatolisib combined with fulvestrant, with or without palbociclib, in patients with breast cancer. The primary efficacy analysis showed the gedatolisib triplet led to statistically significant and clinically meaningful PFS improvement.
