Coya Therapeutics has begun the blinded extension phase of the ALSTARS trial, evaluating the safety and efficacy of COYA 302 as a potential treatment for adults with ALS. Participants who finish the initial stage continue their regimen; placebo recipients are re-randomised to two COYA 302 dosing regimens.
