Working Beyond Limitations

Jillian Keczkemethy

Director, Client Solutions
Momentum Life Sciences

Within her first eighteen months at Momentum Life Sciences, Jillian Keczkemethy identified a critical gap in a live patient engagement program and transformed it into measurable improvements in patient connection and support. Without being prompted, she redesigned the patient handoff, introduced a new KPI framework, and improved persistence among patients managing a neurological condition. Her work demonstrated that a thoughtfully designed third outreach attempt could keep patients on therapy who might otherwise disengage.

Jillian’s background in healthcare marketing spans diagnostics, patient education, and healthcare provider engagement, shaping her sensitivity to the moments where communication either strengthens or weakens a patient’s connection to support. As Director, Client Solutions, she operates at the intersection of strategy, clinical operations, and patient experience, bringing together qualitative insight and quantitative data to drive meaningful change.

Her most significant contribution has been optimizing a hybrid patient support model that pairs virtual Nurse Navigators with local Field Nurse Educators (FNEs). While patient satisfaction was already high, Jillian uncovered a key drop-off point during the transition between these roles. She led a data-driven redesign that improved the handoff process, tightened outreach timing, and increased contact attempts, supported by enhanced training and new accountability metrics.

The results were substantial. After 12 months of implementing strategic improvements to cadence and frequency, patient connection rates rose by 25 percentage points. Client data reported a 14% increase in overall persistency among patients receiving FNE support compared to those without it. And within just 45 days of launching a third outreach attempt, 157 additional patients made live connections with their FNE.

Jillian’s work stands out because she did not accept existing limitations. She identified where the system was failing patients, re-engineered the experience, and delivered measurable improvements that strengthened both engagement and outcomes.
