Real-world data exchange and patient identity platform HealthVerity announced plans to acquire commercial healthcare data and analytics company Symphony Health to combine clinical data with commercial insights.

HealthVerity offers a data ecosystem to help companies find patients for research, answer questions using real-world data and link patient records across datasets. 

The company works with life sciences companies, payers and government entities.
