Jazz reports Phase III trial interim results for Ziihera combination

Jazz Pharmaceuticals has reported second interim analysis results of the Phase III HERIZON-GEA-01 trial evaluating Ziihera plus chemotherapy in adults receiving first-line treatment for HER2-positive cancer. The combination showed a statistically significant overall survival benefit compared with trastuzumab plus chemotherapy.
