Lilly reports Phase III BRUIN CLL-322 trial results for Jaypirca combo

Eli Lilly and Company has reported results from the BRUIN CLL-322 Phase III trial, assessing Jaypirca, combined with venetoclax and rituximab, against venetoclax and rituximab alone in patients with r/r CLL/SLL. The study included 639 patients, 79.8% of whom had previously received covalent BTK inhibitors. Lilly is further studying Jaypirca in multiple Phase III studies.
